Whichever the store has enabled: Stripe (credit card), Vantiv, Cash, Check, Stripe Terminal (in-person card reader), and TWINT (Switzerland). Which of these actually show up for you online depend on the store's configuration; note that TWINT cannot be used to pay for anything involving a Subscription — a cart with subscription items and TWINT selected is rejected at checkout with "Sorry But We Cannot Accept Payment For Subscriptions Using Twint as Payment Method." This list is set up by Sprwt on the store's behalf (it isn't a setting store admins can change themselves in Client Config).
