What must be in place before "Request Courier" works?
- Your role has Edit Customer Orders.
- Uber Direct Customer ID, Client ID and Secret Key are filled in on the Integrations page (Uber Direct card) — otherwise: "Real Time: Please connect your Real Time Integration to allow for Deliveries".
- Your business's name, phone, address, city, state, state abbreviation and zip code are filled in under Client Config → Business: Website (Company Name, Company Phone Number, Company Main Address, Company City, Company State, Company State Abbreviation, Company Zip Code) — otherwise: "Real Time: Please fill out all your kitchen location information on config to allow deliveries". The Company Country Code field this check also requires is set during account onboarding rather than on that Client Config tab.
- The order is a delivery order with a valid shipping state ("Invalid Checkout Provided!" otherwise) and contains at least one item ("This checkout /date dont have items to send!").
- Uber's servers must accept the request; "PLease try again later! _auth_" means Sprwt could not obtain an Uber access token — check the credentials and whether the integration is set to SANDBOX or REAL.
