Update Stock with AI is a bulk CSV importer for retail (Grab & Go) menu quantities. The button appears at the top of Retail Menus (for all locations) and inside each location's menu page. The 3-step modal: 1. Upload – drop a CSV with the columns location_id, fulfillment_date, meal_id, portion_size_id, quantity (use Download a template pre-filled with this menu). Choose whether to Deduct uploaded quantities as "Sold" (also records a stock movement that lowers on-hand stock) or leave it off (writes Quantity Needed only). Click Analyze File. 2. Review – a free check showing how many rows Will apply, carry a Warning, are Blocked (unknown IDs, bad dates) and the Net stock change, plus a warning if rows take stock below zero. 3. Apply – charges a flat $1.75 to the AI Wallet and writes everything in one go; the receipt shows menu quantities updated, stock movements created, rows skipped, an Upload reference (RSU-…) and the fee. Skipped rows can be downloaded as a CSV with an error column; re-uploading is a new $1.75 charge.

Files are limited to 2,000 rows / 2 MB. The importer is deterministic (exact IDs only) – it does not guess or call an AI model.
