Update Stock with AI is a bulk CSV import for retail stock. Instead of typing a Quantity Needed on every line, you upload a spreadsheet with one row per location, date, meal and portion size, review what will change, and apply it in one go. It is available on each location's Retail Menu page (rows default to that location and date) and on the Retail Menu list page (rows can target any location - a Fulfillment date picker is shown there). Use it for daily counts from a store, a planning sheet from the kitchen, or to record what was sold. Despite the name, nothing is guessed: every value must be an exact ID, and rows that don't resolve are blocked rather than interpreted. Each applied upload is charged $1.75 to your Sprwt AI balance; reviewing is free.
