Visual Builder (/admin/events/proposals/{id}/builder) opens a drag-and-drop page designer for the customer-facing proposal. You drop blocks (cover, intro text, event details, meals list, single meal, custom charges, expenses list, totals summary, call-to-action/signature, dividers) and style them; blocks render with the live proposal data and @ merge tags. Use @btnAccept, @btnDecline, @btnPay, @btnSign, @btnPrint or @proposalActions in your layout to place the action buttons — they are status-aware, so the customer only sees the ones that apply. Save layouts as reusable templates, load a template, or describe the layout you want and let the AI generate it (uses your Sprwt AI credits). When you publish the layout, the customer's /proposals/{id} page shows your design instead of the default page; unpublish to fall back. Send to Client from the builder emails the customers using a saved email template or the full layout and moves a New proposal to Sent. Reusable layouts can also be managed under Catering > Proposals View Builder.
