The Venues Report (Catering > Venues > Venues Report, /admin/reports/venues) lists every booking at your venues for a date range. Pick Begin and End dates at the top and click Search. Each active venue gets its own card with its name and address and a table with Delivery Date, Proposal (# and name, linked), Checkouts (the linked payments/orders, linked), Venue Name, Customers (linked), Time Slot (start - end), Event Layout, Event Type and Notes. Rows are sorted newest date first. Venues with no bookings in the range show No data available for this pickup, try making a new search.
