It collects texts received from phone numbers that Sprwt could not match to any customer account (the sender is matched by phone number, normalised with your account's default country code). Click Users not found to read those messages. You cannot reply from that bucket because there is no customer record; create or update a customer with that phone number so future texts land in their conversation. History > Received also shows these messages with the raw number.
