After a successful go-live request the admin shows a Training Video pop-up (Watch this training video to learn how to use Sprwt once you go live) with the video playing. Press Close to mark the video as watched for the account – it will not appear again – or Snooze for 3 days to be reminded later. The same video is available any time from the Training Video card at the top of Sprwt Academy and from the Watch Training Video card on the Go Live checklist.
