Sprwt SMS lets you text your customers from a dedicated phone number purchased inside Sprwt. From the Marketing > SMS menu you can:

• Compose one-off or scheduled broadcasts to customer segments, subscription groups, delivery/pickup days or your own contact lists.
• Chat with individual customers in a two-way inbox (they can reply to your number).
• Build Templates with merge fields such as customer name or company phone.
• Set up Recurring campaigns that repeat weekly or monthly.
• Turn on Sequences (automated texts such as the abandoned-cart reminder).
• Manage Contacts and lists, including CSV import of non-customer numbers.
• Review every queued, scheduled, sent, received and call-log entry under History.
• Buy and manage Numbers and top up your prepaid balance under Buy Credits.

Every message is billed against a prepaid SMS wallet, and businesses in the US or Canada must complete the A2P 10DLC registration pages before texts can be sent.
