It is the first half of the A2P 10DLC compliance process that US and Canadian carriers require from businesses sending texts. The page collects your business identity and submits it for verification in six tabs: 1 - Business Information, 2 - Authorized representative, 3 - Business Address, 4 - Submitting Profile For Evaluation, 5 - Submitting Profile For Review, and 6 - Sprwt SMS A2P Trust Bundle (the last tab appears once the profile has been submitted). Only businesses whose country is in the A2P list (US and Canada) see the page; others do not need it. You need the Edit Sprwt SMS Profile Information permission.
