The Sprwt Application Fee is 1.5% of every transaction processed on the platform; it is how Sprwt is paid for running your ordering system alongside your subscription. It is deducted before the payment is transferred to your connected Stripe account, so it is part of the gap between Amount and Net shown on each payment (Stripe > Payments). It is paid by the business (kitchen), not added to the customer's bill. Period totals are shown as Total Sprwt Application Fee on the Service Fees Report (visible when Show client fees is enabled for your account, or always visible to super admins).
