Shippo lets you ship orders by parcel carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx…) with live rates and labels. Setup (Shippo module required):

1. Integrations > Shippo: enter the Shippo Live API Key and/or Shippo Test API Key and pick the Shippo Environment (Sandbox (Test) or Production (Live)). Save; API Status should show connected.
2. Choose a Parcel Template (created in your Shippo dashboard) and the default Meal Weight (lb) (0.5 by default).
3. Optionally restrict carriers in Carrier Whitelist and copy the Webhook URL into Shippo for tracking updates.
4. On Pickup Locations, edit the location you ship from and enable Primary Shipping Sender Location (Shippo) – only one location can be the sender.
5. Create a Delivery Route with TAG Shippo and assign the zip codes (or * wildcards) you ship to; their price will read Set by Shippo.
6. Use Run Test Calculation on the integration card to verify rates.
