It is the first card on the onboarding page and bundles the basic business settings that must exist before anything else works: timezone, site title, company name, zip code, state/state code, business email, website address, branding colours, cart minimums and similar. The card is Complete when all of those have values. Its window also has an Others section with a Schedule a Call button (a 30-minute call with Sprwt). Some of its fields are marked private and only appear for Sprwt onboarding staff, such as the client plan.
