When the Root Planner delivery-routing integration is enabled and its API token is configured, the Meal Prep fulfilment section shows a Root Planner Hub dropdown listing the hubs (depots) defined in your Root Planner account, plus --No Hub--. Choose the hub that corresponds to this kitchen so that routes generated from this kitchen's orders start from the right depot. If Root Planner is not connected the field is not shown. The dashboard's Root Planner card ("Plan and dispatch delivery routes") links to the routing page for the current date.
