On Users > edit user (settings area) the Root Planner Customer dropdown links the Sprwt customer to a customer record in Root Planner. The list is loaded from your Root Planner account and excludes Sprwt-location records. You normally don't set it by hand: the first time one of the customer's delivery orders is exported, Sprwt creates the customer in Root Planner (name, last name, email, phone, notification preferences and addresses) and stores the link here. Set it manually only if the customer already exists in Root Planner under a different record and you want to avoid a duplicate. The field appears only when the Root Planner module is active and the token is saved.
