Ordering > Retail > Retail Grab&Go - Checkouts (/admin/retail/sales, titled Retail Grab&Go - Sales) is where you handle Grab&Go orders placed at your own retail locations. Choose a location in Select Retail Locations, set Begin and End dates (default today) and click Search. Each customer/date combination becomes a card showing the customer's name and phone or email, the date (Today), the amount paid (refunded amounts struck through), a table of Meal / Portion Size / Quantity, and a Delivery Status of Waiting for pickup (N Meals) or Picked Up (X of N Meals). Two buttons act on the card: Issue Refund and Mark as Picked Up. Wholesalers have the same screen for their locations in their portal.
