Website > Redirects (/admin/redirects) lets you send visitors from an old or short address to the right page, e.g. /giveaway → /pages/giveaway, or an old blog address → a new one, or a retired page → an external site. Rules only apply to addresses that would otherwise show a 404 Not Found page – existing pages, shop and ordering URLs are never intercepted.

Use it when you: renamed or removed a page (a rule is created automatically on rename), migrated from another website with different URLs, want short vanity links for print/social campaigns, or want to catch a whole family of old links with a pattern (regular expression). The empty state reminds you: "When you rename a page its old URL is redirected automatically. Add a rule here for anything else."
