The Proposals View Builder (Catering > Proposals View Builder, /admin/proposals-view-builder) is where you design reusable layout templates for the customer-facing proposal page, independently of any single event. It uses the same drag-and-drop visual editor as a proposal's Visual Proposal Builder, but in template mode: you build the page from blocks (cover, menu list, totals, event details, buttons and so on), save it as a template, preview it with placeholder data and later apply it to any proposal from that proposal's builder. Templates are different from the proposal templates under Proposal Settings, which store meals and prices, not the visual layout.
