The Menu Breakdown tab turns the preset into a costing sheet. Click Generate Report and Sprwt builds, for every meal in the preset (sorted by name), a collapsible card showing:

• Per portion size: Selling Price, Production Cost, Profit Margin and PM % (an "i" hint marks meals whose production price is a manual override).
• A red ! warning when the production cost exceeds the share of the selling price allowed by your Recommended COGS Profit Margin (%) setting; clicking it opens a dialog that can push a new selling price to the recipe.
• The ingredient table: Ingredient Name, Supplier, Ingredient COGS, Cost of Ingredient per Portion, including sub-recipes marked (*) and trim percentages.

Buttons at the top give Print Report and Export All CSV, and each meal card has CSV / Excel / PDF. You can also change an ingredient's supplier (pencil next to the supplier) and edit the production price of a sub-recipe directly from the report; a banner then asks you to refresh to recalculate. An empty preset shows "No meals in this preset menu yet".
