Meal Prep › Fulfilment Reports › Menu Breakdown Report is a costing report for the recipes on the menu for the selected dates – it does not use order quantities. For every meal on those menus it shows, per portion size, the Selling Price, Production Cost, Profit Margin and PM %, and (when expanded) each ingredient with its Supplier, Ingredient COGS and Cost of Ingredient per Portion (trimmed quantity, original quantity and cost for one portion). The Cooking Report tells the chef what to cook for the orders; the Menu Breakdown tells the owner whether each recipe is priced correctly.
