It is an aggregated prep list. Its New, Processing and Ready tabs each show a table of Item name (meal - portion) and Qty, totalling that item across every open order in that status — for example "Chicken Bowl - Large | 4". "No items" is shown when a tab is empty. The panel refreshes after you tap meal lines, and the tab you last opened is remembered on that device.
