The Marketing Hub is a purchasable module ("marketing_hub") that bundles customer-loyalty features. Its settings are in Client Config under the Marketing: Hub tab (with review URLs under Marketing: Social):

• Loyalty Cashback Percentage
• Show Invite a Friend in the Site Footer, Allow Refer a Friend, Digital Amount to Referring Customer, Digital Amount to Referred Customer
• Birthday Present Amount
• Show Recent Sales Popup
• Gamification Rewards Enabled, Gamification Rewards Amount ($), Gamification Rewards Delay (minutes), plus Google review URL and Facebook review URL

The onboarding wizard also has a "Marketing Hub Settings" task for these values. None of these settings are available to resellers.
