The Lifetime Report is a tab that appears at the top of the Subscriptions Report (next to Daily Report) once the Show Lifetime Subscriptions Report setting is turned on for your kitchen. It lists every subscription ever created for the kitchen, regardless of date, with Subscription ID, Subscription Status and the shipping Street address, City, STATE and ZipCode. Use Print Complete Report to print it. It is not shown in the left menu; open it from the tab or at /admin/reports/lifetimesubscriptions. In the current version this setting has no field on the Client Config page, so you can't switch it on yourself — if you don't see the Lifetime Report tab, contact Sprwt support and ask them to enable it for your kitchen.
