KLCT is an AI phone-call add-on that can call your customers when they sign up, complete a checkout or abandon a cart, and can answer support questions. The card requires the KLCT module and shows two buttons: Setup AI Agent (books a 15-minute call with Sprwt) and Edit integration. The KLCT API Key field (with a Get Key link to app.klctai.com) is only visible to Sprwt super admins and onboarding staff; saving it immediately syncs your customer and subscription lists (Registered Users, Unsubscribed Users, Active/Inactive/Paused/Canceled Subscriptions, etc.) to KLCT and the card becomes Active. In the current version that list sync is the only data KLCT receives from Sprwt - unlike Klaviyo, it is not wired to Sprwt's real-time trigger events, so it does not get a live push the moment someone signs up, checks out or abandons a cart; whatever calling behavior it offers works off the synced lists instead.
