The Identity Verification card runs a Plaid identity check on the business owner to secure payouts and financial data. Click Verify your identity; a Plaid window opens (pre-filled with your name, email, phone and country) where you upload ID documents. When you finish, Sprwt stores the verification reference and polls its status each time the page loads:

• In Progress - verification started but not complete.
• Pending Review - Plaid is reviewing your documents.
• Passed - verified.
• Failed, Expired, Canceled - a Retry button appears on the card; clicking it starts a fresh verification.
• Inactive - no verification has been started.

If the window does not open, the page shows Please try again later - usually a temporary Plaid issue.
