Website > Lead Forms > Form Builder (/admin/leadforms) lets you design your own forms — lead capture, catering enquiries, event requests, surveys — with text, email, phone, date, time, number, checkbox, multi-checkbox, dropdown list and radio question types, plus title/text, image and video blocks. You place a form on any page with the Sprwt Lead Forms (or Sprwt Lead Forms with video) module, both in the Forms module category. Every submission is stored under Website > Lead Forms > Results and, if the module's Send Submitted Data By Email option is on (it is by default), emailed to your business email address. Forms can also feed Email/SMS marketing lists and, with the Proposals module, become catering leads.
