Total Service Fee for You is the total of your own Cart Service Fee (Client Config > Business: Cart > Cart Service Fee) charged to customers at checkout – that money is yours. The Sprwt Service Fee and Sprwt Application Fee tiles (visible only when Sprwt has fee visibility turned on for your account) are the platform fees Sprwt charges per order, which are either added to the customer's total or covered by you depending on how your account is set up with Sprwt (an internal "Client Pays Fee" setting, not something you configure yourself). Likewise Total Quote Fee for You is the per-order amount Sprwt charges you above the Uber Direct delivery quote, while Uber Delivery Fees includes Sprwt's own markup above quote as well.
