• Drag and Drop Builder (default) – the email is a designed template made of modules (Header, Title, Text, Image, Button, Meal, 3 Meals, Current menu, Social links, Footer, etc.). When you pick it you also choose Build from scratch or one of your saved templates (the first five are shown; See All Templates opens a modal with Preview and Select for each). Sprwt creates a separate design copy for this campaign, named after the campaign, and opens the designer. In the Content step you later see the template title with Edit template and Preview buttons.
• Plain Text – a single text box (maximum 4,000 characters) sent as the email body. There is no formatting, no footer module and no images, so the built-in unsubscribe footer is not added by you; the provider still injects its own unsubscribe handling.

You can switch the type on the Recipients step at any time before sending; the Start from scratch or choose a template section only appears for the builder.
