• Price – charged for every bag of this type on every order (e.g. a $2 insulated-bag charge).
• One Time Fee – charged once per customer the first time they receive this bag type (e.g. a $15 cooler purchase); later orders with the same bag type do not pay it again.
• Return Fee – a deposit amount stored on each bag. When staff mark the bag Returned (in the order's bag tracking or the customer's bag list) the Return Fee is credited to the customer's account balance as BAG #<id>. Bags of a Not Returnable type cannot be marked returned.

Whether bag fees are shown in the cart sidebar is controlled by a Cart Sidebar: Show Bag Fees setting. In the current version this isn't exposed on an ongoing settings screen – it's set once during initial account setup (the onboarding wizard's Cart step) and otherwise defaults to shown.
