• Skip works on a single delivery date: the date is marked Skipped, any meals already validated on it are voided, separately paid extras are refunded to the customer's digital wallet, and (optionally) a replacement date is added after the last scheduled date so the customer still receives what they paid for. The subscription itself stays active.
• Pause stops future renewals (auto-renew off). Nothing already paid is removed unless you tick specific days in the pause modal. It can be scheduled to restart automatically on a chosen date, or left indefinite until an admin or the customer reactivates it.
• Cancel ends the subscription permanently: auto-renew is off, the subscription is flagged cancelled, and it is excluded from the renewal routine. Paid upcoming dates are still fulfilled unless you tick them for cancellation. A cancelled subscription can be restored with Uncancel Subscription.

You can also Cancel This Day for one date, which refunds its meals and closes that date for good.
