Lock Menu (General Settings) is a restriction: when Yes, the customer cannot select or change meals at all – their meal page shows "Menu Locked", the select/random buttons are hidden and extra meals are disabled – so meals are always chosen by you or by auto-selection. Subscription Reorder - Lock Menu is a convenience for repeat orders: it tells auto-selection which past date's meals to copy for each weekday. They can be combined (a fully curated plan that repeats the same meals), but neither one selects meals by itself – auto-selection or an admin still has to run for each date.
