Display Name is what customers see on menus, in the cart and on labels (required, up to 100 characters; a live character counter is shown). Internal Name (Only for Admin) is an optional kitchen-facing name; when it is filled in, the admin Meal Recipes list shows the internal name instead of the display name so staff can recognise recipes by their working title. It never appears to customers.
