Display Name is required and is what customers see on the pack card and in their cart and orders. Internal Name (Only for Admin) is optional and only for your own reference in the admin (for example "Promo pack – Jan"). Note that the packs list currently shows the display name, so the internal name is mainly visible on the pack's edit page.
