The second tab groups the same rows by employee department. Each department (from Employees > Departments) is shown as a collapsible card with the total commission earned by agents whose job roles belong to that department; expand it to see the same per-proposal table with its own Total Commission and export buttons. An agent with roles in two departments is counted in both. Agents with no job role assigned do not appear in any department card, only in the Salesman Report tab.
