DB Changes is a SuperAdmin-only audit trail of database writes — but only for the parts of the system that have been specifically set up to log to it, not automatically for every save the application makes. Where that logging is wired in, it records who did it, what record was affected, the before/after values, and any error, with browser/IP info attached. Only a portion of the app's data areas are wired up this way (examples include Stock, Suppliers, Stripe transactions, external deliveries, and blog auto-scheduling) — plenty of other saves in the app are never captured here. System Logs, by contrast, is a curated, permission-gated view focused specifically on login/logout, failed-login, and role/permission-change events for compliance purposes.
