Every delivery date has an internal number, shown as the pill Day ID #123 beside the date. It is the same identifier used by reports and links throughout the admin (for example the checkouts list for that day). You do not need to edit it; it is useful when talking to support or when comparing two days that fall on the same calendar date in different reports. The header also shows the active kitchen's name as an eyebrow above the date.
