The Cut-off Timer decides "when orders stop accepting for each weekday's deliveries". Open Settings > Kitchen Settings > Cut Off Timer (/admin/closedatesconfig). The page has a Meal Prep tab with one row per weekday (Sunday to Saturday). For each weekday you can switch the rule on and set How many days to close? and Time to close. When a rule fires, Sprwt automatically closes the affected delivery dates (customers can no longer order or change meals), the dashboard countdown "Meal selections close in" is calculated from it, and the storefront blocks meal selection for dates that have passed their cut-off. The page needs the Edit Cut Off permission and includes a How to Change Cutoff Timer video button.
