The badge labelled Country Code ISO 2 (Ex: US) shows the two-letter country that will be used when creating your Stripe Express account. It is stored under the internal setting Company Country Code ISO 2 (Ex: US), which is normally set once during onboarding rather than on a customer-facing settings page; if it is blank the page shows US (default).

Stripe accounts are tied to a country and cannot be moved afterwards, which is why the page says in capitals to make sure it is correct before onboarding. Super admins can click the badge directly on the Connect page to edit the code inline (it saves and reloads the page); other users should ask support to change it. The same value is also passed to Stripe together with the agreement type (see the cross-border question).
