Click View more under Gross Sales to open Checkout Ordering Modules Breakdown. It lists each ordering module that generated sales in the range – for example Meal Packs, Subscriptions, A la Carte, Custom Meals, Gift Cards, Extras, By the Pound – with the subtotal before discounts for that module and, in brackets, (orders with a value above zero / total orders) that used the module. A Total row sums everything.

Ordering modules you have not enabled are hidden unless they still have a non-zero amount (for example from historical orders). Because one order can contain several modules (each recorded as its own row in the order), the order counts can add up to more than your total number of orders.
