It's the fulfilment/logistics view for the selected date range: every catering order and proposal is grouped by its fulfilment method — Pickup (grouped by pickup point), Delivery (grouped by delivery route/transporter, plus a bucket for checkouts that ended up with No Routes assigned), and Venues (grouped by venue, if the Venues module and "Allow Venues on Ordering" are on). Each group shows the meals and, for proposals, expenses/labor-equipment items in that order, so drivers/pickers know exactly what to load or hand out.
