The Banquet Event Order tab (Standard proposals only, when meals are enabled) is your on-screen kitchen run sheet: it lists the CMB Menu (custom meals, if that's enabled), the Menu grouped by category with Starting At times and any ingredient swaps/notes, a Category Summary, Invoice Items (skipping any line marked Hide on Customer BEO), and the payment totals. It does not show Labor & Equipment, a Ceremony notice, or Payments — those only appear in the printed documents below, and Labor & Equipment items are never printed on the BEO at all.

Two toolbar buttons control printing:

• Print (Chef) opens the internal kitchen copy: menu items and custom meals with no prices, plus a Ceremony notice (with its start time) for on-site events. It skips contact info, invoice items, the category summary and payments.
• Print (Client), in the current version, opens the same 'choose which customer' picker as the toolbar's general Print button and downloads that customer's full Proposal PDF — not a priced version of the BEO.

To get the customer a priced, BEO-style document (menu with prices, Category Summary, Invoice Items minus hidden lines, contact info and a Payments table), check Attach Event BEO in the send-proposal email modal — it's on by default and attaches that customer version as a PDF. Until you save a new proposal, the tab just shows 'You should save your info before you can access this part.'
