It appears when the customer already received a refund to their Digital Wallet for this order and you now choose to refund to the card (Stripe) instead. A warning reminds you that X was already refunded to the wallet. Enter the amount to take back out of the wallet so the customer is not refunded twice; Sprwt deducts it from the wallet (logged as "Remove Balance - refund #<order>") and lowers the recorded refund totals before issuing the card refund. For a custom refund the value may not exceed the amount you are refunding ("Please enter value lower or equal the amount you want to refund!").
