The Activity tab (visible with the Proposals - View Activity Log permission) is a timeline of everything that happened on the proposal, 50 entries per page with a Refresh button, category filter chips and a From / To date range. Entries include: proposal created / sent; status changes (old → new); every event-detail field change (name, guests, date, times, due date, net days, notes, payment options, tax/delivery toggles, auto charge, price per person, ceremony, sales agent and commission, addresses, venue, pickup location); customers added/removed; meals, custom meals, labor & equipment and invoice items added/updated/removed (with quantity and price before/after); documents uploaded/deleted; messages sent; payments recorded/removed; contracts added/removed/required/signed/signature cleared; and employee/customer tasks created/updated/deleted. Changes made in one save are grouped as a batch you can expand. Each entry shows who did it (admin or customer) and when.
