Reports > Abandoned Carts (/admin/stats/abandonedcarts) lists customers who added items to a cart but never completed checkout. Use the begin / end date pickers at the top to choose the period (based on when the cart was last updated). Columns: Cart ID (opens the raw cart inspector), Full Name (links to the customer), Phone, Email, Cart Subtotal and Date. It requires the Sales Abandoned Carts permission and a Base, Pro or Enterprise plan (or the BI unlocker module) — otherwise an upgrade page is shown.
