Root Planner is a route-planning platform where you manage your own hubs, drivers, vehicles and shifts. The Sprwt integration does three things:

1. Exports the customers and orders of a delivery date from Sprwt to Root Planner (one click on the Export to Root Planner page), so you never re-type addresses.
2. Receives routes back automatically: when Root Planner builds or updates a route, it sends the route (driver, vehicle, start/end time, stop order and ETA per stop) to Sprwt, where it appears on the RootPlanner Sync Report and can be printed as stop labels.
3. Stores a tracking code on each exported order that links to Root Planner's tracking page.

Route optimisation, driver dispatch, delivery statuses and customer notifications happen inside Root Planner itself.
