Root Deliveries (powered by GoErrand) is a delivery service: it optimises the route, sends customer notifications on delivery status and provides the drivers who complete your deliveries. Root Planner is route-planning software for your own drivers and vehicles.

In Sprwt they are separate modules with separate pages:

• Root Planner: Deliveries > Root Planner (export by delivery date, customer sync) and Deliveries > RootPlanner Sync Report (routes coming back, stop labels).
• Root Deliveries: Deliveries > Deliveries (tick orders, export them as a route, watch route status, manage stops) plus a Dashboard button that opens the Root business portal.

You connect Root Planner with an API Token; you connect Root Deliveries by authorizing your account through a Connect to Root Deliveries button.
