Tab 2 - Authorized representative names the person carriers may contact about your messaging. Fill in First Name, Last Name, Email, Business Title (for example "Head of Product Management"), Job Position (Director, GM, VP, CEO, CFO, General Counsel or Other) and Phone Number with its country selected, then tick "I confirm that my nominated authorized representatives agree to be contacted by Sprwt SMS" and click Save. The confirmation box is mandatory — without it you get "Your nominated authorized representatives needs to agree to be contacted by Twilio". The name and email are pre-filled from your admin account.
