The Payments tab lists every checkout linked to the proposal with ID (link to the checkout), Amount, Method, Status, Paid On and Action, plus a footer with Total Paid and a remaining / Fully Paid badge.

• Refund: for paid checkouts a refund icon appears. If the payment went through Stripe you are taken to the Stripe payment page to refund there; otherwise the icon opens a Refund to balance dialog that credits the amount to the customer's digital balance (confirm "Are you sure you want to REFUND ALL?").
• Delete (trash icon): confirms "You might want to refund this payment before you delete it?" for paid payments, or "Are you sure you want to delete this Payment?" otherwise. Deleting cancels the underlying checkout (unless it was already cancelled), removes it from the proposal, logs Payment removed, and recalculates the status (Fully Paid / Partially Paid / Signed and Approved) from the remaining payments.
