What is Labor & Equipment and where do I manage it?
Labor & Equipment, listed under the Catering menu group, is where you create the add-on items — staff time, delivery labor, chafing dishes, linens, tables, etc. — that can be attached to a Proposal and, if enabled, offered directly on the Catering Online Ordering checkout. Items are split into two categories: Labor and Equipment.
