The pop-up is a single-row table splitting the wholesale sales by ordering module and fee type: A la Carte, Meal Pack, Subscription, CMB (custom meal builder), BTP (by the pound), Extras, Gift Cards, Delivery Fees, Pickup Fees, Bag Fees, One-time Fees and Total. Module amounts include tax; the Total adds the module amounts plus the delivery/bag/one-time fee columns. In the current version the pop-up only ever totals A la Carte sales in the module columns — the underlying query is filtered to a single order type/subtype, so Meal Pack, Subscription, CMB, BTP, Extras and Gift Cards read $0.00 even when those modules have wholesale sales. Pickup Fees is also hardcoded to $0.00.
